Manually handling ERP reports is time consuming and costly

BOUCLEDOR, a watchmaking subcontractor, exploits data from its ERP SAP Business All In One through numerous reports generated by SAP programs or queries. In fact, these reports are sometimes taken over manually via Excel. Consequently, the development and running times of these reports are long and can even require external resources.

Clear need for consolidated reporting from several business areas

In addition, BOUCLEDOR’s shareholders and management would like to have consolidated information from several areas, in particular those related to commercial management and precious metals.

Running a proof-of-concept to reduce risk taken by the client

In order to confirm both the choice of QlikView and CALYPS’ ability to extract data from the ERP, the realization of a “Proof of Concept” on the company’s turnover data was ordered. CALYPS then accompanied BOUCLEDOR in the industrialization, set-up, configuration and training phase of the technological solution.
